  • HR Management- We manage all aspects of your HR department. We assist with the new employee onboarding process, employee database management, payroll file set up, employee contact for HR or payroll questions, as well as. confidential and/or anonymous employee contact for advice or questions.
  • State Compliance- We ensure that you stay compliant in your main state of operation, any additional state or federal compliance is an additional charge, as well as any program or audit needs you might have.
  • PTO Management- We ensure you follow all local, state, and federal laws when it comes to paid time off, or federal disability and family leave. If desired we can even be the PTO point of contact for your employees to submit PTO requests to and follow whatever approval process you have in place.
  • Benefits Administration- We assist with the management and administration of your employee’s benefits. Including keeping a detailed list of participation, logins, and account numbers.
  • Employee Management- We become a tool for your managers to lean on to assist with employee corrective actions advice, conflict resolution, performance improvement plan assistance, and employee evaluation assistance.
